About our group
Proteomic group provides service analyses based on mass spectrometry detection. We provide identification, characterization, and quantification of proteins. In addition to routinely used classical workflows, methods relevant for structural biology, including native MS, protein covalent labelling, protein crosslinking, and hydrogen exchange MS, as well as the methods for lipoprotein analysis are being implemented.
